New Reduced Cost Sequencing Option
As of September 1st, 2012 the UNC-CH Genome Analysis Facility is pleased to announce the creation of a $6 sequencing option for Tube submissions. This option is made possible by using a dilution of sequencing reagents, and looks good for most sequences. Samples with high GC content, known hairpins, and samples prone to falling off due to high concentrations of DNA will want to continue using the $8.50 sequencing option to ensure the best possible read length. Please make sure to select how you want your samples run by checking the corresponding box on your submission form. If you have any questions about which option is best for you call or email us and we will be glad to help.
